الملخص

يهدف البحث بصورة اساسية الى تحديد طبيعة علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين النزاهة السلوكية للقائد والمقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية، انطلاقاً من مشكلة اساسية شخصت بعدة تساؤلات تضمنت مدى ادراك العلاقات التأثيرية بين المتغيرات على المستوى الميداني ، وقد اعتمد البحث في قياس النزاهة السلوكية للقائد على خمسة ابعاد فرعية هي (التناسق ، الشرعية ، الغرض الاخلاقي والمعنوي ، الثقة بالموقف ، والهوية) في حين اعتمد في قياس المقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية على ثلاث ابعاد فرعية هي (المعرفة ، المهارة ، والمواقف) . وقد اختيرت عينة من الملاكات الطبية والتمريضية في بعض المستشفيات الاهلية (مستشفى الكفيل التخصصي، مستشفى زين العابدين ، مستشفى السفير ، ومستشفى العباس الاهلي) بلغ عددهم (182) فرداً توزعوا بواقع (98) طبيب  و (84) ممرض . وكانت نتائج التحليل الاحصائي قد اثبتت التأثير المعنوي للنزاهة السلوكية للقائد في بناء المقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية اذ اظهرت النتائج تقدما لبعد التناسق ثم الشرعية ثم بعد الغرض الاخلاقي والمعنوي ثم بعد الثقة بالموقف واخيراً الهوية من حيث التأثير في بناء المقدرات الجوهرية للموارد البشرية .
