Abstract

              The research aimed to identify the reality of veterinary services provided to cattle breeders in the central and southern provinces of Iraq , The research community covered ( 13 ) provinces of the central and southern area of Iraq . ( 50% ) of those provinces ( 7 provinces ) were chosen as a sample ( Baghdad , Karbala , Najaf , Wasit , Qudisya , Muthana and Basrah ) . ( 50% ) of the veterinarians as a random cluster sample were chosen which were ( 159) of the total of ( 302 ) ; to achieve the research objective a questionnaire was designed to collect data , to measure reality of veterinary services provided to Cattle breeders Consisting of five axis ( organizing , planning , implementation , monitoring  and evaluation ) . The items consisting these axis were (34) items ; Results showed a noticeable weak and luck of veterinary services for cows breeders ,  as noted ( 86.2% ) of Veterinarians to that veterinary services provided do not meet the ambitions breeders ,The research recommend The need to establish a unit extension veterinary in veterinary dispensaries , and provide veterinary services according to specialized programs athan having on all  special processes cows healthy .
