Clever Students as Teacher Assistants: A Novel Pedagogical Method

Educational institutions give a special attention to the role of teacher assistants in the process of teaching and learning techniques as well. They consider TAs as a winner card in the hand of the teacher to develop students’ progress in learning languages. This research shows a practical experiment carried out by the teacher and his students in class. The teacher grants clever students various roles to help him achieve the aims of the lesson. Those students have more responsibilities given by the teacher who trained them how to do each task in classroom management and named them as assistants teacher who started their job as facilitators for their classmates. He finds those chosen students tend to take the job of TAs such as clarifying and simplifying the difficulties of some activities
