In order to achieve this, the customer insight variable was measured with its dimensions (customer attitudes, customer behavior, and customer culture) An explanatory variable. While the variable of mental image was measured with its dimensions (cognitive, emotional, and behavioralas a dependent variable.<br>As for the research problem, it was represented by a main question, Can the researched company adopt the customer's insight to improve the perceived mental image?,. In order to achieve the objectives of the research and answer its questions, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in presenting, analyzing, and interpreting information, while the questionnaire was used as a basic tool in collecting data and information, as (216) questionnaires were distributed to the managers of the researched company as an intentional sample. In addition, the research sought to test a number of main and sub-hypotheses related to the correlation and influence relationships between its variables, to find out the extent to which these variables were adopted, as well as to answer questions related to the research problem, in order to reach the desired. For the purpose of the analysis, I adopted a set of statistical tools in analyzing the data mean, and the statistical programs. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: adopting the customer's insight into its dimensions as an explanatory variable that improves and enhances the perceived mental image of the researched company as a dependent variable. As well as trying to lay the right and appropriate foundations for the industry of human resources capable and able to keep pace with global developments by relying on talents emanating from the Iraqi society, it is possible to invest in order to be the most important capital for its profit-oriented or service organizations. In order to achieve this, the researcher distributed (75) questionnaires to a number of employees in the All of Iraq Civil Foundation, and the number of the retrieved questionnaires was 59), while the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis was 58) with a rate of (96%) of the retrieved questionnaires. Distributed the questionnaire to (200) teachers. After sorting and checking the questionnaires, the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis reached (102 questionnaires. Statistical analysis of the data collected from the respondents was carried out using (SPSS v.25) and (AMOS) programs. The research reached some conclusions, the most important of which was that through the results of the statistical analysis of the research data; it was found that there is a positive and significant effect of talent recruitment in promoting proactive work behavior in the universities of the research sample. They are (emotional deprivation and social companionship), and the study started with a main problem that included several questions revolving around the nature of the relationship between its variables in the field, and it was summarized by asking (what is the level of influence of psychological ownership and its dimensions on feeling lonely in the workplace?). The study population included two food industry companies in the holy city of Karbala, and a purposive sample of individuals was chosen, which was represented by administrators and technicians working in the study sample companies, as the study sample amounted to (124) individuals. It is also aimed to develop a specific mechanism adopted by university presidencies to apply the principles of social responsibility and raise awareness among students and affiliates to commit to social responsibility and promote the philosophy of spiritual leadership among senior leaders at the university. The Central Technical University has been chosen as the research site, and a purposive sample has been selected consisting of the university president, his assistants, deans of colleges and institutes, their assistants; a total of (67) individuals. A questionnaire has been used as a tool to collect data. (61) questionnaires have been retrieved out of the total distributed questionnaires which represents (91%) of the study population. The descriptive analytical method was used to analyze the data using SPSS v.26 and Amos v.26 software. It consists of four dimensions (Data-driven decision-making - Human capital resource - Internal integration - External integration). Industrial performance was adopted as a dependent variable. Which consists of three dimensions (profitability - technical progress - production efficiency). And the sample was formed. Of the workers in the General Company for the Automotive Industry, their number is (72). workers. (engineers and technicians). To analyze the data, a set of statistical methods were used. Available in the statistical program (SPSS.V.25). The research reached several conclusions, including (the great importance of the impact of smart maintenance on many aspects related to production processes to keep pace with the great developments in industrial environments, to be reflected in raising the level of industrial performance). The search resulted in a set of recommendations.
