Complaints & Appeals

al Bahith Journal is committed to fair and transparent editorial processes. If any author, reviewer, or reader believes an editorial decision was incorrect or unethical, they may file a complaint as follows:

1. **Submit your concern** via email to the Editor-in-Chief: albahith.quarly@uokerbala.edu.iq
2. **Acknowledgment**: You will receive confirmation of receipt within 7 business days.
3. **Review**: The editorial team (excluding conflicted parties) will investigate your concern within 30 calendar days.
4. **Appeal**: If unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the complaint to the Editorial Board or a designated ethics committee; their decision will be communicated within another 30 days.
5. **Resolution**: If a real error or ethical violation occurred, corrections, explanatory statements, or retractions will be issued following COPE guidelines.
