هدف الدراسة بصورة أساسية الى تحديد دور التسويق المؤثر في تعزيز إدارة خبرة الزبون على مستوى عينة من شركات الاتصالات في العراق , انطلاقاً من مشكلة رئيسة شخصت بعدة تساؤلات تضمنت مدى ادراك العلاقات التأثيرية والتفاعلية بين المتغيرات ميدانياً , ولتجذير الاسس الفلسفية اعتمدت الدراسة انموذج (2016, Zietek) لقياس التسويق المؤثر الذي تضمن اربعة ابعاد (الاصالة، العلاقات طويلة الامد، الابتكار المشترك ، المؤثرون الجزئيون) وانموذج ( Stein,2015) لقياس إدارة خبرة الزبون الذي تضمن خمسة ابعاد (البعد الحسي، البعد المعرفي، البعد الادراكي ، البعد المادي، البعد الاجتماعي).استُخدِمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في جمع بيانات ومعلومات الدراسة فضلاً عن بعض المقابلات الشخصية مع افراد العينة الذين تمثلوا بمجموعة من القادة والتابعين في الشركات عينة الدراسة بلغ عددهم ( 166 ) مديراً من مديري الشركات ورؤساء أقسامها وشعبها ووحداتها, فضلاً عن المديرين المفوضين للشركات
