الملخص

       هدف البحث الحالي الى بيان تأثير القيادة الأبوية في رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي على مستوى عينة من الجامعات والكليات الأهلية  . ومن اجل التوصل الى النتائج تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وجمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة ، واشتمل مجتمع البحث ستة من الجامعات والكليات الأهلية في محافظة كربلاء المقدسة وبلغت عينة البحث (158) من الموظفين . توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات تمثلت اهمها بوجود علاقتي ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة معنوية بين القيادة الأبوية ورأس المال النفسي الايجابي ووجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة معنوية للابعاد الفرعية للمتغير المستقل القيادة الأبوية برأس المال النفسي الإيجابي واخيرا اختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات تمثل اهمها ضرورة استثمار التأثير الايجابي للقيادة الأبوية في رأس المال النفسي الايجابي عن طريق قيام الجامعات والكليات الأهلية بوضع الخطط الاستباقية وتعميق الوعي الوظيفي لدى القادة والموظفين للأفادة من ممارسات القيادة الأبوية في تعزيز رأس المال النفسي الايجابي .
