الملخص

يهدف البحث الى قياس إمكانية توظيف ابعاد الثقافة التنظيمية للحد من الاستنزاف الشعوري لدى الموظفين على مستوى دائرة الصحة في ميسان ، انطلاقا من مشكلة أساسية تجسدت بعدة تساؤلات تضمنت ما مدى إدراك علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات البحث، اعتمد نموذج (Gordon,1993) لقياس متغير الثقافة التنظيمية ، كما  اعتمد أنموذج (2010 ,.Demerouti et al) للاستنزاف الشعوري وهو متغير احادي البعد، تم تطبيق البحث على عينة شملت (141) موظفا في دائرة صحة ميسان، كما قد استخدمت أداة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وقد استخدم تحليل کرونباخ الفا للتأكد من ثبات الاستبانة بالإضافة إلى استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وهي المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري لعرض الجانب الاحصائي . كما  توصل البحث الى استنتاجات كان من اهمها ان للثقافة التنظيمية تأثير فاعل في الحد من الاستنزاف الشعوري اما اهم التوصيات فقد كان العمل على فتح مراكز معينة لتتعامل مع التأثيرات النفسية السلبية للاستنزاف الشعوري.
