توظيف الاستقامة التنظيمية في الحد من الاستنزاف الشعوري للعاملين

بحث تحليلي لأراء عينة من الملاكات التربوية في منظمات التعليم التربوي في محافظة كربلاء المقدسة

الملخص

     سعى البحث الى تحديد طبيعة علاقات الارتباط و التأثير بين الاستقامة التنظيمية و الاستنزاف الشعوري للعاملين ، انطلاقا من مشكلة أساسية شُخِّصت بعدة تساؤلات تضمنت مدى إدراك العلاقات التأثيرية في المستوى الميداني، وقد جرى قياس متغير الاستقامة التنظيمية استناداً الى أنموذج (Cameron et al. , 2004)  المؤلف من خمسة أبعاد هي (التفاؤل التنظيمي ، الثقة التنظيمية، التعاطف التنظيمي، النزاهة التنظيمية ،المغفرة التنظيمية )، وتم اعتماد أنموذج (Demerouti et al. ,2010) لقياس الاستنزاف الشعوري وهو متغير احادي البعد، و قد تم إختيار بعض المدارس الأهلية في محافظة كربلاء ميداناً للبحث عن طريق استمارة إستبانة وُزعت على (210) افراد من الملاكات التدريسية, و تم استخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي وبعض الأحصاءات الوصفية و تحليل ارتباط (Spearman) و نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية (SEM) و قد تم ذلك باستخدام البرامج الاحصائية (SPSS ; Amos) وقد توصل البحث الى عدة استنتاجات اهمها إن للأستقامة التنظيمية دوراً  فاعلاً في الحد من الاستنزاف الشعوري للملاكات التدريسية في المدارس المبحوثة ، وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات المناسبة.
