تأثير التسييس التنظيمي في السلوك الاستباقي (دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من العاملين في معمل أسمنت كربلاء)

سعى هذا البحث الى اختبار تأثير التسييس التنظيمي في السلوك الاستباقي، أذ قدم البحث اطاراً نظرياً للتسييس التنظيمي والسلوك الاستباقي، و تحليل العلاقة بينهم عن طريق آراء عينة من العاملين في معمل سمنت كربلاء، اذ تم توزيع ((260 استبانة في عدد من العاملين في المعمل المبحوث، وكان عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة (221)، أما الصالحة للتحليل الأحصائي ( (204وبمعدل استجابة (92%) ولتحليل البيانات تم استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المتوافرة في البرنامجين الاحصائيين (Spss v.25) وAmos v.21)) وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الاحصائي وجود علاقة ارتباط بين التسييس التنظيمي والسلوك الاستباقي كما توجد علاقة تأثير عكسي معنوي متمثلة بتأثير التسييس التنظيمي في السلوك الاستباقي، وفي الرغم من ذلك اشارت اجابات العينة الى وجود التسييس التنظيمي بجميع ابعاده والسلوك الاستباقي بجميع ابعاده معمل أسمنت كربلاء عينة البحث.
