تأثير التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية في السلوك المبدع من خلال الدور الوسيط لرفاهية العاملين

-هدف وغرض البحث: يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة تأثير التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية في السلوك المبدع عن طريق دور الوسيط لرفاهية العاملين.
-مجتمع ومدخل البحث: قام الباحثان بتوزيع (340) استبانة على الموظفين الجدد في المديرية العامة لتربية بابل, وكان عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة (324) استبانة, منها (318) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي، وبمعدل استجابة (94%), وتم تحليلها باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي المتقدم ((Amos V.20 فضلا عن البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS V.20).
-اهمية البحث: ندرة البحوث التي حاولت تحديد ومعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة الثلاثة (التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية, ورفاهية العاملين, والسلوك المبدع) وكذلك محاولة البحث الحالي معالجة مشكلة واقعية تؤثر بصورة مباشرة في قطًاع التربية والتعليم في العراق.
-النتائج النظرية: اظهر العرض للأدبيات السابقة وجود فجوة معرفية لتفسير طبيعة العلاقة بين التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية ورفاهية العاملين والسلوك المبدع في المنظمات بشكل عام وفي تربية بابل بشكل خاص.
-النتائج العملية: هناك نوعان من علاقات التأثير بين متغيرات البحث, وهي علاقات تأثير مباشر بين( التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية ورفاهية العاملين والسلوك المبدع) واخرى غير مباشرة بين التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية والسلوك المبدع عن طريق الدور الوسيط لرفاهية العاملين.
-أهم الاستنتاجات: إن استفادة وكسب العاملين الجدد في المديرية العامة لتربية بابل من ممارسة المديرية لعملية التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية سيؤدي إلى اكسابهم السلوكيات المرغوبة تسهم في تحقيق اهداف المنظمة، وتقليل حالات القلق والاكتئاب والاستياء والخوف من العمل لديهم، وبالنتيجة تحسن من معارفهم و مهارتهم وسلوكياتهم، وشعورهم بالمتعة والرفاه وبحال من الهدوء والصفاء.
-أهم التوصيات: استمرار اهتمام المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة بابل بممارسات التنشئة الاجتماعية التنظيمية والتي لها دور كبير في تحقيق السلوك المبدع والاهتمام بالعوامل التي تعزز من الرفاهية للعاملين فيها.
