هدف البحث التعرف على مدى تأثير سلوكيات القيادية الأصيلة في تحقيق الانغماس الاستراتيجي في فروع شركة (آسيا سيل) للاتصالات المتنقلة في العراق. وتبرز أهمية البحث من خلال فحص وقياس العلاقة وتأثيرها بين متغيرات البحث. ولأغراض التحليل والمعالجة الإحصائية تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. مثل اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي، والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي، وتم استخدام هذه الطرق من خلال البرامج الإحصائية (SPSS V.25; Amos V.25)، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بالمديرين في جميع فروع شركة اسيا وسيل وبلغ حجم العينة القصدية (167) فردا، وتم التوصل الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها اهتمام وجهود إدارات فروع الشركة مجتمع البحث في تطبيق وتبني أبعاد القيادة الأصيلة على المستوى الميداني، مما يحقق الانغماس الاستراتيجي. وخرج بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تعزيز السلوكيات القيادية الأصيلة في الشركة المبحوثة.
