Open access represents a publishing model whereby scientific articles are made freely available to readers and institutions without subscription fees or access barriers. This approach enables users and researchers to freely access, download, reproduce, distribute, and cite scholarly content for non-commercial applications.
Authors publishing with KJCT retain comprehensive copyright protection under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) licensing framework. While authors maintain ownership of their intellectual property, they grant KJCT an exclusive license to publish and distribute their work. KJCT publishes all accepted manuscripts under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license (CC BY-NC).
Under this licensing arrangement, users may freely utilize, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works based on published articles, provided such use remains strictly non-commercial and includes proper attribution to both the original author and KJCT. KJCT reserves the authority to negotiate and approve permissions for any commercial applications of published materials.
