The experiment was carried out in the shade of the Department of Horticulture and Landscape / College of Agriculture / University of Kerbala for the period from (1/3/2024) to (1/11/2024). To evaluate the response of citrus rootstocks to soil-applied humic acid and foliar application of CPPU on vegetative growth traits of six-month-old seedlings, a 3×3×3 factorial experiment was conducted using a completely randomized block design (CRBD) with three replicates. Treatments included humic acid (0, 3 and 6 g L-1), CPPU (0, 5 and 10 mg L-1), and three citrus rootstocks (Rangpur, Macrophylla, Sour Orange). The humic acid soil addition treatment 6 g L-1 significantly outperformed the control treatment
