توظيف التماثل التنظيمي في تحقيق الاداء الستراتيجي المستدام
دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من العاملين في شركتي البيبسي كولا وشركة كوكاكولا.

في الوقت الحاضر يمكن عد المنظمات ذات الاداء الجيد هي القادرة على استثمار مواردها كافة للتكيف مع التغيرات المستمرة لتحقيق افضل اداء ممكن . لذلك يسلط الضوء البحث الحالي على متغيرين اساسيين هما ( التماثل التنظيمي والاداء الستراتيجي المستدام ) عن طريق تحديد مستوى ارتباط وتأثير التماثل التنظيمي بأبعاده( الولاء , الانتماء , التشابه) في الاداء الستراتيجي المستدام بأبعاده ( المنظور المالي , منظور الزبائن , العمليات الداخلية , الابتكار والتعلم التنظيمي ) وقياس مستوى تطبيقهما على العينة قيد البحث , و تحقيقا لهدف البحث فقد انطلق البحث من مشكلة معبر عنها بعدد من التساؤلات الفكرية , هل هناك توظيف للتماثل التنظيمي فكرا وسلوكا بما يتناسب مع التطور في الاداء الستراتيجي المستدام , وقد اعتمدت الاستبانة اداة لجمع البيانات , وجرى اختيار عينة مقصودة تألفت من (52 ) فردا ومن مستويات مختلفة وتمثلت بـ ( مديرون , رؤساء اقسام ومديري الشعب والوحدات وبعض العاملين ) في الشركتين ( شركة البيبسي كولا وشركة كوكاكولا ) جرى توزيعها عليهم , ولأجل اثبات صحة الفرضيات استخدم البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) واختبار (T) و (F) , وأنبري البحث بعدد من الاستنتاجات ابرزها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين التماثل التنظيمي والاداء الستراتيجي المستدام والذي اصبح مصدر قلق عالمي تسعى اليه جميع المنظمات المتنافسة اما اهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بالتماثل التنظيمي كونه يمثل سلوكا وشعورا عاطفيا ايجابيا وحاجة انسانية ملحة لتنظيم العلاقة بين العاملين انفسهم وبين العاملين والمنظمة .
