الملخص

     يهدف البحث الى قياس مدى تأثير التوجه الريادي في استدامة نجاح الستراتيجيات التنافسية لشركة أور العامة في محافظة ذي قار، ولأجل تحقيق ذلك الهدف، وضع مخطط فرضي يعبر عن اثنان من الفرضيات الرئيسة، حيث خضعت لاختبارات متعددة، استعمل الباحثون فيها الاستبانة كوسيلة للحصول على البيانات اللازمة لذلك الاختبار، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. والذي قد جرى تطبيقه في شركة أور العامة في محافظة ذي قار، فقد جرى تحليل (353) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، شملت مديري الاقسام والشعب والوحدات والفرق، من مجموع العاملين في الشركة، والبالغين (2728) فرد، اذ اعتمد البحث مجموعة من الادوات الاحصائية، وهي، (معامل الثبات (Cronbach Alpha)، تحليل (معامل الارتباط بيرسون)، نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية). حيث  طبقت تلك الادوات الاحصائية بواسطة برنامجي (SPSS,V.23) و (Amos,V.20). وقد توصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات، من ابرزها، ان شركة أور العامة تبدي اهتماما كبيرا بالتوجه الريادي، بوصفه عنصراً مؤثراً في استدامة نجاح الستراتيجيات التنافسية. أما أهم التوصيات التي جاء بها البحث، فهي ايلاء المزيد من الاهتمام بالتوجه الريادي لشركة اور العامة، عده اداة استراتيجية فعالة على المستوى التنافسي، ولها تأثير كبير في استدامة نجاح الستراتيجيات التنافسية، والتي تعد المشكلة الرئيسة للمنظمة المبحوثة في اطار ما تتعرض اليه من مزاحمة المنافسين لأسواقها ومحاولة تقليص حصتها في تلك الاسواق.
