تقييم جودة الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية في المستشفيات العراقية : دراسة استطلاعية لاراء عينة من المرضى في مدينة كربلاء

الملخص

هدف البحث إلى تقييم كفاء الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى والمراجعين في مستشفيات مدينة كربلاء من خلال اعتماد استمارة استبيان وزعت على المرضى والمراجعين بهدف استطلاع آراءهم . جودة الخدمة الطبية المقدمة للمرضى المراجعين في المستشفيات الحكومية في كربلاء . إذ استخدم البحث مقياسا جاهزا مكون من ستة عناصر هي خدمات الاستعلامات ، والخدمات التمريضية ، وخدمات الأطعمة ، وخدمات الأطباء ، والخدمات الفندقية ، والخدمات المساندة) . توصل البحث إلى استنتاجات عدة كان من أهمها ضعف جودة الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية وعدم ارتقائها إلى مستوى طموح المرضى والمراجعين بشكل عام في المستشفيات عينة البحث ، وقد اقترح البحث توصيات عدة كان من أهمها ضرورة تحسين جودة الطواقم الطبية والإدارية العاملة في المستشفيات فضلا عن توفير البنى التحتية والأجهزة والمستلزمات العلاجية والخدمية لتحسين جودة الأداء وتطويره .
