دور استراتيجيات ادارة الموهبة وخصائص صناع المعرفة في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي - دراسة استطلاعية لاراء عينة من موظفي شعبة تسجيل الطلبة ومدراءهم في كليات جامعة كربلاء

سعى هذا البحث إلى تحديد دور استراتيجيات ادارة الموهبة وخصائص صناع المعرفة في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي بالتطبيق في منظماتنا العراقية ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد أبعاد (استراتيجيات) ادارة الموهبة (استقطاب المواهب، اختيار المواهب، تطوير المواهب المحافظة على المواهب، كما تم اعتماد أبعاد صناع المعرفة (الإنجازات والتحديات النمو الفردي، التميز الاستقلالية، الأهداف الموجهة وايضاً تم اعتماد ابعاد سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي (الايثار، الكياسة، وعي الضمير الروح الرياضية، السلوك الحضاري)، وتم اختيار موظفي شعب التسجيل ومديريهم في كليات جامعة كربلاء ميداناً للبحث من خلال استمارة استبانة شملت (۱۰۰) موظف في الكليات المبحوثة، فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية. وقد استخدم معامل الارتباط Spearman)، واختبار t)) لمعرفة معنوية العلاقة بين المتغيرات، واختبار F)) لتحديد معنوية معادلة الانحدار، كما تم استخدام R) ) لتفسير مقدار تأثير المتغير المستقل في المتغير التابع. ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها هو إن لاستراتيجيات إدارة الموهبة وخصائص صناع المعرفة دوراً فاعلاً في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي، وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات منها الاتي : التركيز على جذب العاملين الموهوبين مما يمكن الكلية من تعزيز سلوك المواطنة ، التركيز على استقطاب صناع المعرفة والاستفادة من مخزونهم المعرفي الممتلك نتيجة الخبرة والتعلم واستثماره في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي ، العمل على تشجيع ممارسة سلوكيات المواطنة اللازمة لمكافأة الجهود العفوية والتطوعية لهم . ترسيخ ودعم القيم التنظيمية الإيجابية في بيئة العمل، مثل العدالة والمساواة والمشاركة والولاء للمنظمة، ضرورة الانتقال من مفهوم المواطنة المحلي الى المواطنة العالمية والإنسانية ولا سيما في مجتمعنا المنفتح عالمياً والمتنوع ثقافياً.
