Measuring the readiness of businesses to work with an empowerment strategy based on theory and building a scale
Keywords:
Empowerment strategyAbstract
The study seeks to provide a theoretical basis for the empowerment strategy as a starting point for coming up with a measure that indicates the readiness and readiness of business establishments to work with the empowerment strategy through the dimensions of participation (sharing in information, freedom of independence, replacing the hierarchical system with self-employment teams) and tested a group of branches of the Rasheed and Rafidain Bank as a place to conduct field tests. For the study in Baghdad Governorate, it relied on several statistical methods to analyze the data.
I also reached results, including designing a scale that contributes to measuring the readiness or readiness of our organizations to work with the empowerment strategy and proposing its application to business organizations.
