After the application of the methodology diffraction hexagons in improving operational performance of business organizations exploratory study on a sample of Jordanian companies

This study aims at exploring the Six Sigma Methodology’s role in improving the Performance levels of processes in selected Jordanian companies. In order to do so, the study measures the correlation between (6 σ Techniques) and enhancements in the Performance levels of processes. Then, the study measure the impact of each of these Techniques on the selected companies’ Performance levels of processes.
The study results show the following:
- There is a significant positive relationship between the availability of each (6 σ Techniques) and the Performance levels of processes (as dependent variable). This result indicates that an increasing in companies’ investments in any of (6 σ Techniques) will contribute in enhancing the companies’ Performance levels of processes.
- There is a significant positive relationship between the availability of ( 6 σ Techniques )and the Performance levels of processes (as dependent variable).
