Trends in organizational knowledge management strategy according to the present millennium: an analytical study of the views of a sample of academics in the Faculty of Management and Economics - University of Mosul

Knowledge is a resource for inexhaustive as a departure from other resources, which indicates the importance towards the achievement of strategic objectives of the organization, and without doubt, the strategy capable of providing the resource in a sustainable manner, in this frame research aims at present to adapt the model for knowledge management strategy in line with the requirements of the Millennium present, and to this objective questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 51 lectures After obtaining the data was statistically analyzed using statistical program SPSS ver 12, after monitoring the results were extrapolated among the most important conclusions of the model can be adapted Dubois and Wilkerson, 2008 according to data on the present millennium.
This, and made other recommendations, would activate the application form after the success of adaptation, according to the views of respondents
