The research aims to study the development of higher education patterns according to distance education, open education, e-learning, or virtual education in achieving human development. In order to achieve this goal, higher education patterns were expressed in its independent dimensions: students, faculty members, the educational process, the scientific curriculum, and university administration. Regarding the dependent variable of human development, a set of statistical methods were used (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, simple Pearson correlation coefficient) to reach the results of the research, and the research reached a number of conclusions, in light of which a set of recommendations showed the necessity of paying attention and emphasizing the development University performance and entry into modern fields of science are one of the fastest fields of education and training in achieving human development.
