Abstract

The success of any Organization depends greatly upon the range of its capability to serve its markets actively and efficiently through the application of modern marketing concepts. While the importance of the application of these concepts upon the customers of the organization and convincing them about the concepts attraction and gratification of their needs and wishes a lot of interest is required so that the employees of the organization can turn the ideas and strategies of the organization into reality. That needs the necessity of persuading them with the ideas and plans these organizations achieve and attain their support. It is vital to convince the individuals of this. the body about the organization and its products, besides their participation in realizing the goals of the organization before doing any external marketing for its products. This study is trying to present a marketing mixture proposed to the library of the Imam Ali holy shrine Beside - supporting that if possible - with practice and applicable models focusing on the pivotal and basic point that the success of any organization is the satisfaction of its customer and end-users, this is the basic of marketing so as the organization attains the satisfaction of its customer. it should know its customers and their needs and how to respond to them on time and at a suitable price, volume, and place by constructive and continuous interaction with them to build a strong relationship to reach the best level of services that gratify needs and desires.
A general proposal has been submitted about the marketing mixture for the services which is comprised of secn elements. the study reviewed the application side in the library of the Imam Ali holy shrine since the study reached a group of results the most important of them all is that there is a distinct weakness in the current marketing mixture, so. money is the most important recommendation to the student is the necessity of all its elements according to the complete plan so that this library can restore its major human and cultural role.
