Abstract

This paper aims to identify impact of work of four its dimensions Stress (role ambiguity, role conflict, Role Load, job insecurity) organizational cynicism three its dimensions sarcasm (cognitive, emotional, behavioral) in one of health organizations, and researcher used descriptive and analytical approach was sample Selection own nursing in Sadr Teaching Hospital, which has been selected by search community not chosen randomly from a total sample size of 200 people. this Paper has tried to answer many questions, including: impact of work pressure in organizational cynicism, To answer on questions raised built paper on two hypotheses major included each four hypotheses subsidiary, in order to verify the veracity of hypotheses that have been built as well as the data that emerged from the answers Find hired Statistical Package for Social Sciences program processing (spss) After choosing the appropriate statistical methods and extraction results the paper found a set of conclusions, including: staff of nursing practice in the hospital a variety of tasks at one time and the requirements of work quality are exaggerated, leading to the belief that hard work will lead to exploitation by management.
