سلوكيات القيادة الاصلية وتاثيرها في تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية ( SHRD) - دراسة استكشافية تحليلية لاراء عينة من القادة والتابعين في بعض كليات جامعة كربلاء

يسعى هذا البحث إلى تحديد تأثير سلوكيات القيادة الاصيلة في تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية (SHRD ) من أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد اربع سلوكيات اساسية للقيادة الاصيلة هي الوعي الذاتي ، المنظور الاخلاقي الداخلي ، المعالجة المتوازنة للمعلومات ، والشفافية العلائقية استناداً إلى ( Wulambwa 95 : 2008,et al) وتم اعتماد ابعاد تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية (SHRD ) الابعاد الفردية ، قدرة HRD)) ، اهداف وغايات SHRD)) و دور الشراكة الاستراتيجية لـ (HRD)استناداً إلى (Peterson 87 : 2008 ) وقد تم اختيار بعض كليات جامعة كربلاء ميداناً للبحث من خلال استمارة استبانة شملت (١٤٨) عضواً من رؤساء الاقسام العلمية والادارية واعضاء الهيأة التدريسية والموظفين ، فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية . وقد تم استخدام التحليل العاملي وتحليل ارتباط سبيرمان وتحليل الانحدار البسيط لاختبار فرضيات البحث باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS) ) ، وقد توصل البحث الى عدة استنتاجات اهمها إن لسلوكيات القيادة الاصيلة دوراً فاعلاً في تحسين ابعاد تنمية الموارد البشرية الاستراتيجية على مستوى كليات جامعة كربلاء ، وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات الهامة.
