Abstract

The study aimed to identify the possibility of applying total quality management in some of the technical education institutions in Iraq
and use the tool Albagesanan questionnaire consisting of (20) variable distributed as five axes, including (Annex 1) as applied to a random sample of (95) pedagogy.
The results of the study that there is a weakness in the awareness of the philosophy of total quality management TQM in the institutions surveyed and the lack of adoption of management of the program clearly shows the importance of using the principles of TQM in business with the availability requirements of Total Quality Management by (62%), the study recommended the need to spread the concepts of a culture of total quality and create a regulatory environment encourages the application of Total Quality Management.
The study consists of four sections the first of which dealt with the study methodology, while the second dealt with the theoretical framework for the study, while the third was devoted to the analytical and finally the fourth section included conclusions and recommendations.
