The studies explore the impact of responsible leadership and leader behaviors in fostering entrepreneurial orientation and readiness for organizational change by improving the quality of work life. They also highlight the role of techniques such as the balanced scorecard in assessing sustainable performance and green intellectual capital in supporting cleaner production. An analysis of public revenues and economic policies in Iraq reveals the challenges of financial and developmental sustainability (2004-2022), highlighting the impact of climate risk disclosure (IFRS:S2) in the Iraqi context. The studies also point to the role of financial technology in enhancing banks' competitive advantage and the importance of integrating effective management and audit committees to reduce equity risks.
