Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Abstract
    All papers should have English and Arabic abstracts on separate paragraphs with titles. The references should not be cited in English and Arabic abstracts.
    The abstract (preferably 50-300 words) should comprise a brief and factual account of the contents and conclusions of the paper as well as an indication of any new information presented. Complete sentences should be used, without unfamiliar abbreviations or terms. The use of the present tense is customary.
  • Keywords
    Authors are requested to provide 4-6 keywords.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points,...
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Title Page with auther details
  • Manuscript without auther details
  • Conflict of interest
  • Compilance with Ethics requirements

Author Guidelines

  • Use APA Reference Style
  • Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools (e.g., Mendeley or EndNote) to organize and format their citations.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) (100,000 IQD) for the Professor, (75,000 IQD) for the Assistant Professor, and (50,000 IQD) for the Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer for each accepted manuscript. This modest fee contributes to sustaining the editorial and publication processes.
