Abstract

Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (COS) is a widely used method during assisted reproduction. The main objective of COS is increasing the quantity of oocytes without compromising their quality. Among different stimulation protocols, there are two commonly used ones: GnRH agonist and GnRH antagonist. Selecting the protocol for COS is the most critical decision could be make and there is no standard protocol which could be applied for all patients.
