Publication Fee
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The Kerbala International Journal of Management and Economics (KIJME) operates as an open-access journal. To support the costs associated with editorial processing, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, and archiving, the journal applies a modest Article Processing Charge (APC).
Standard APC Rates:
- National Authors (Iraq): 100,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD)
- International Authors: 100 US Dollars (USD)
Waiver Policy:
Full APC waiver is granted to all international authors until July 2026, in support of global academic collaboration and research visibility.
What the APC Covers:
- Manuscript submission processing and management
- Double-blind peer review coordination
- English language editing and layout formatting
- Metadata registration with indexing services
- Permanent article hosting and digital archiving
Payment Instructions:
Detailed payment instructions, including bank transfer or university payment office procedures, will be sent to authors upon acceptance of their manuscript. APCs are charged only after the manuscript has passed peer review and is accepted for publication.
Refund Policy:
Since APCs are collected only after formal acceptance, no refunds will be issued except in cases of publisher-side error or duplicate payment.
Note: Submission of a manuscript implies agreement with the APC policy stated above.
